Online orders can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel. I know it’s great isn’t it! We’ll email you once it’s processed — just note your bank may take a couple of days. Please post it back to us asap so someone else can have a chance at this amazing sale.

In-store purchases can’t be returned, because you have had the wonderful opportunity to try it on.

We can help with exchanges for online orders — just get in touch so we can put aside your size.

We are expecting this sale to be our biggest yet, but we have got extra help and will be working day and night to still get out your orders as quickly as possible. In saying this, please expect an extra day or two over the first week of our sale from our quick normal 1 day turnaround.
